Canada Customer Information

Welcome! We send many of our pieces to the Canada, you'll find the information you need below. If you still have questions give us a call 0044 1225 530198. We are on GMT (London time!) and in the office between 9.30am and 5pm.

All our prices are shown in £GBP, use Google's currency converter to check the cost in $CAD. Your bank/Paypal will convert automatically.

Shipping is £27.42 and takes approx 4-5 working days from order.

Let us know if you have a tight deadline! Shipments are tracked, signed for and completely guaranteed. 

All orders are shipped from the UK. Deliveries are not currently experiencing any hold ups or charges but this can change at any time. Customers are responsible for paying any import duties or taxes levied by the Canadian government.

Exchanges and returns are easy and no quibble...

You can exchange or return any order (exc bespoke) for any reason at all. You have 28 days from receiving your parcel to get it back to us. You will have to pay the postage, we recommend a signed for postage service, the post office will be happy to advise. 

Any item returned needs to be unused, with any tags attached and in it's packaging. Earrings cannot be removed from their packaging.
